Wells Fargo’s updated online access terms, effective November 24, let customers use outside AI agents but count every agent-initiated transfer as approved by the customer, put the risk on the customer, and keep the bank’s right to limit or cut off agent access at any time.
Your doorWhether you block credentialed agents like most big banks or admit them like Wells Fargo, write the choice into your own terms and checkout now: say who answers for what an agent does with a shopper’s login, cap what it can do without the shopper’s confirmation, and record which orders an agent placed.
