One company. Agents at every door. People at every gate.
Silver Lake Financial Group is the lender we built to show what an agentic business is made of. Agents do the finding, the chasing and the paperwork. The company's own systems make the decisions. Named people hold the calls that bind, and every step is written once, to a record anyone can check.
A demonstration company · the core runs today
01 · What it's made of
Five parts. None of them is a new system of record.
The agents aren't the interesting part. What makes Silver Lake work is the shape around them, and that shape doesn't depend on any one platform.
Every agent carries a key
Each agent is set to blocked, browse or transact, with a limit the business enforces. An agent with no key can look, at most.
Your rule, where it already runs
The company's own decision logic, on its own system of record, plugged in as a provider. Nothing is copied out for the agents.
The least it takes
For a credit decision, an id and the amount. No Social Security number, no date of birth.
Agents propose. People commit.
The shopper accepts the terms. An underwriter decides every referral. No agent approves credit or moves money.
Written once, checkable by anyone
Every request, refusal and decision goes on a hash-chained record. Change an old entry and everything after it breaks.
The agent is brought to the decision. The decision is never brought to the agent.
02 · Three ways in
However the customer arrives, the same rule decides.
A person can apply on the website. A shopper's agent can reach Silver Lake at a store's checkout. A home buyer works through a loan with a dozen parties. All three reach the same rule and write to the same record.

Personal loans
Prequalify as a person or through an agent. The rule answers in seconds, with reasons.

Home loans
Agents chase documents and deadlines across a 20-day loan. Named people decide at each gate.
Follow the loan ↗03 · The whole company
Eight functions, one record. We mark what's built.
Silver Lake is modeled as a lender of about 200 people. Each function is an agent that reads from and writes to the same record, so work isn't handed from department to department. Three functions are proven, two are partly built, and the rest are designed.
04 · Your platform
The same pattern runs on any platform. Start from what you run.
Silver Lake's decisions run on IBM i, because that's where decades of lending logic already live, and it's where we proved this first. The door, the gates and the record don't care what sits behind them. Put them in front of the system that already makes your decisions.
Pegasus Commerce
Make a store you own something agents can buy from, under your rules.

The same approach for a one-person company with a big audience on rented platforms.

The same proof, told from the system it runs on.
Silver Lake, on IBM i ↗Pegasus Collective
What changes for the people when agents take the chasing.
Pegasus Collective ↗Silver Lake Financial Group and Alder & Pine Home are fictitious demonstration companies built by Pegasus4i. Nothing is really sold or lent, and no real money moves. Functions marked designed are specified, not built.
Your systems already make the decisions.
Pick the one decision agents will need to reach first: a credit approval, a price, an order. We'll put a governed door in front of it, on the system you already run.
